CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Any rescheduled appointments must be fulfilled within 30 days of the original appointment date. Payment is due in full at the end of each service. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened to accommodate the schedule or may need to reschedule and be subject to the cancellation policy. Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
